I doubt there will be any confusion. Fatkat is famous and people know the look of the outfit... and even more will know the mighty lads and lasses as time goes on. These other fellows look to have paid scant regard to their branding... even the cat on the logo is falling asleep.
Although far from ideal there is room enough in our shadow... yearrrgh. It reminds me of the time I set up 'Malt Disneys, amazement park' in florida... the idea being that people would come and be amazed by my reasonably priced malt drinks... some fancy pants lawyer became involved and before I knew it i was doing a stretch on Rikers island with a gang of Garfield forgers

I think Bartholomew could kick that cat's ass. He has a stronger jaw, walks on two legs and plays hockey. The other cat looks lazy and doesn't know much about kerning.
